Allowing Xplenty access to NetSuite

Xplenty can read data in your NetSuite account using JDBC connectivity. The SuiteAnalytics Connect option should be enabled in your account. Get the connection information to your account through Settings -> Set Up SuiteAnalytics Connect -> Your Configuration.

To create a NetSuite connection In Xplenty

    1. Click the Connections icon (lightning bolt) on the top left menu.
    2. To create a connection, click New connection. 

    1. Choose NetSuite.
    2. In the new NetSuite connection window, name the connection and enter the connection information:

      • Name - name for the new connection
      • Service host - copy from SuiteAnalytics Connect configuration.
      • User name - your NetSuite user name.
      • Password - your NetSuite password. 
      • Service port - copy from SuiteAnalytics Connect configuration.
      • Service data source - copy from SuiteAnalytics Connect configuration.
      • Account ID - copy from SuiteAnalytics Connect configuration.
      • Role ID - copy from SuiteAnalytics Connect configuration.

  1. You can test the NetSuite connection by clicking test connection.

To modify NetSuite connections in Xplenty:

    1. Click the Connections icon (lightning bolt) on the top left menu.
    2. Click a connection to open and modify it. Make any necessary changes, then click Test connection, and Save changes. To exit the NetSuite connection window without changes, click Back to connections (grey tab on the left side) on the NetSuite connection window.
    3. To delete a NetSuite connection, click on the three vertical dots on the far right of the connection listing and select the Delete connection option.
