Freshdesk's End Points

Agents

Create, view, and/or modify information associated with one of your support agents, including their contact information (name, email, phone number), their permission level and which customer support group they belong to. You can also see if the agent is currently available to take a ticket and how long they have been available for so that you can assign tickets to appropriately.

Conversations

Retrieve and update information about replies and notes associated with tickets, including the full text of the reply and the IDs of the agents, customer and support ticket associated with the conversation. This will not only allow you to integrate the full content of a support interaction into your customer support analytics but also allow Freshdesk to provide deeper analytics with regards to support agent performance.

Tickets

See an array of information about a support ticket, including the customer that submitted the ticket, the source they submitted it from, the assigned agent, the content of the support request and the priority that Freshdesk has assigned that ticket. This, along with data about the type of support issue that the ticket is addressing, will allow you to more effectively assign the right members of your support team to the right tickets.

Contacts

View data about a contact that has created a support ticket. This includes both basic contact information - like their name, email address, and social media ID - and information that will help you to more effectively assign the right agents to meet that contact’s needs, such as their preferred language, their associated tags and what other tickets they have submitted.

Campaigns

See information on your various email campaigns and judge their large-scale success based on the status of the emails in that campaign i.e.how many emails were sent, delivered, opened, etc.

Contacts

Retrieve basic contact information like name, e-mail, unique ID, etc. This allows you to track those contacts in a number of other fields, which will help you score leads and gauge how effectively your customer interactions are translating into sales.

Contact list

Group your contacts together automatically based on a set of criteria - such as their lifecycle stage - or add them to a list manually. Then, use those lists to design targeted customer interactions, such as email campaigns.

Subscriptions

Track the status of various email subscriptions through a range of data, including who is subscribing, when emails are being sent and how the recipient is responding to the emails i.e.remaining subscribed, unsubscribing, reporting the email as spam, etc.

Email Events

Observe the activity on an individual email event. You can track the recipients and campaigns that those events are linked to and then see how the recipients interacted with the event i.e. if they opened the email, printed it, marked it as spam, forwarded it, etc.

Companies

Create a company entity in Hubspot by providing details, such as name, ID, and relevant description. You can access that company record to maintain and retrieve related data (such as associated contacts) which can then be tracked, analyzed, and/or integrated with other data sources.

Deals

Track the progress of a deal in your pipeline, allowing you to see which contacts and companies are associated with the deal, what pipeline the deal belongs to, and its current stage in the pipeline.
